For 50 years, we’ve helped children, families, and educators thrive. More children are learning, more educators are growing, and our community is stronger.
One of the powerful ways we do this is through our RESPECT/Nebraska AEYC Early Childhood Education Apprenticeship Program—the first of its kind in Nebraska—helping early childhood educators earn their degrees, gain support from mentors, and stay in the field.
As Eden, an Apprenticeship participant, shared: “TEACH has given me the opportunity to go to college, further my education, and help the next generation grow and develop. With the support of my coordinator and mentor, I’ve been able to achieve things that wouldn’t have been possible otherwise. I am extremely grateful for this opportunity.”
But right now, this work is at risk.
Funding is limited—and without additional support, opportunities like this could be restricted.
Today, you can help. In honor of our 50th Anniversary, we’re inviting 50 donors to give $50 through Give to Lincoln Day.
It’s a simple way to make a real impact. If you are able, you can go even further: $50 supports educator resources $100 supports training and education $250+ supports an Apprenticeship participant $500+ helps sustain this critical program
Your gift today can go even further with matching funds made possible through Lincoln Community Foundation and generous sponsors.
