Family Child Care Network Manager - NE EC Collaborative
The Nebraska Early Childhood Collaborative (NECC) seeks a dynamic leader to be the Family Child Care Network Manager. This position will serve as the lead business coach and project manager for the All Our Kin (AOK) pilot project in Nebraska, with the purpose of building high-quality, sustainable family child care programs.
The manager coordinates technical assistance and consultation with the AOK team, recruits and provides support for all full and part-time business coaches, recruits and provides business services to family child care providers, and coordinates outside evaluation efforts. The Manager is also responsible for the day-to-day operation of NECC’s Business Resource Center and plays a key leadership role in the annual business summit, Elevate.
Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience, preferably in family child care or a child care center. Proven record of leading teams and strong training skills are required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strongly encouraged but not required!
